Job summary

Richfield Real Estate Corporation in Houston, TX is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to prepare vacant apartments for move-in by performing repairs and make-ready tasks. You will repair appliances, plumbing, fixtures, electrical components, and door hardware to ensure units are rental-ready.

The role requires hands-on experience in multifamily make-ready, your own hand tools, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Multifamily make-ready experience required.
• Must provide personal hand tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Texas driver’s license or Texas identification card.

Responsibilities

• Repair and replace kitchen appliances and garbage disposals.
• Perform minor plumbing repairs and repair or replace bathroom fixtures.
• Repair and replace bathroom vents, light fixtures, switches, ceiling fans, and outlets.
• Rekey locks and repair or replace door hardware.
• Complete assigned make-ready work to prepare apartments for occupancy.
