Job summary

A counselor position in Northern Montana seeks LCPC or LCSW with a passion for rural health to join our Behavior Health Team. This is a full-time role with Monday–Friday work, negotiable salary, retirement matching, and vacation health insurance.

We are a 501c3 non-profit organization focused on improving health in under-served populations. Our team currently includes five behavioral health providers and a patient-first approach.

Qualifications

• Licensed LCPC or LCSW with rural health focus.
• Full-time counselor on Behavior Health Team.
• Medicare/Medicaid and many carriers accepted.
