Job summary

HealthCare Recruiters International is seeking a Mental Health Counselor/Therapist (LCSW/LCPC/LMFT) or pre-licensed for a full-time position in Libby, Montana. Work with transitional age youth (13–18) in a clinically strong program with on-site sleeping accommodations and relocation support.

You will join a team of therapists, handling a caseload of 8 youths, delivering 1:1 and group sessions, and collaborating with the Program Director to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required.
• Ability to obtain MT Licensure or registration with Montana Board of Behavioral Health.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 counseling sessions for youth (ages 13-18).
• Lead 4–6 group sessions per week, including experiential groups.
• Manage caseload of 8 youths in 9–12 months of care.
