Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services in Orange, MA is hiring Homemakers, PCAs, HHAs, CNAs, and Caregivers to provide compassionate in-home care.

We offer 2–4 hour shifts with daytime and overnight opportunities, flexible scheduling, and immediate openings. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with a $250 sign-on bonus after 90 days.

We provide free training if certification is not yet obtained, and you will help keep seniors safe and independent at home.

Qualifications

• In-home caregiving experience preferred.
• HHA or CNA certification preferred when applicable.

Responsibilities

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Homemakers, PCAs, HHAs, CNAs, and Caregivers to provide compassionate in-home care to seniors throughout Orange, MA and surrounding areas.

Looking for a caregiving job that can fit into your busy schedule? We have 2 to 4 hour shifts available, making this a great opportunity for caregivers looking for shorter shifts and flexible scheduling.

Qualified new caregivers can earn a $250 sign on bonus after completing their first 90 days.

To qualify, you must:

• Work at least 20 hours per week

• Have no unexcused absences during your first 90 days

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an in-home caregiver, you will help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Responsibilities may include:

• Personal care assistance

• Companionship

• Meal preparation

• Light housekeeping

• Medication reminders

• Transportation and errands when needed

• Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home

• Reporting changes in a client's condition to the appropriate supervisor
