Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Conroe is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in the Conroe area. Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available, with a focus on helping clients maintain independence and receive dignified, respectful care.

As a caregiver, you may assist with daily activities, mobility, meals, medication reminders, and companionship, while following individualized care plans and maintaining a safe home environment.

Qualifications

• Must have compassionate, dependable caregiving attitude.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and instructions.
• Strong communication with clients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, personalized in-home care.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and personal hygiene.
• Assist with walking, mobility, positioning and transfers.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Provide medication reminders according to the care plan.
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide meaningful companionship and conversation.
• Encourage independence and participation in daily activities.
• Assist with errands, appointments, and transportation when applicable.
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition, behavior, or needs.
• Follow individualized care plans and company policies.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the SYNERGY HomeCare office.

What You'll Do
