Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Abilene is hiring full-time LPN/LVN positions with day, night, and PRN shifts. You will provide direct patient care, monitor vitals, and collaborate with RNs within a leading post-acute care network.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification is required.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital experience is preferred.

• Provide direct patient care following the care plan and physician orders.
• Monitor vital signs and patient responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with RNs to report findings and execute care plans.
• Build meaningful patient relationships to support recovery.
