Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Abilene is seeking LPNs/LVNs for full-time day and night shifts, with PRN options. The role focuses on direct patient care within a team that values growth, empathy, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN licensure required by state regulations.

• One year of inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital experience preferred.
• Rehabilitation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care aligned with the plan of care and orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and adjust care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery.
• Celebrate patient progress and victories along the recovery journey.
