Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism. We offer paid training and support to help eligible candidates earn their RBT certification before beginning services, with flexible part-time opportunities in Missouri.

You will work in clients’ homes and community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions, collecting session data, and building meaningful connections with families as part of a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification before providing services; training provided.
• Passion for helping children with autism.
• Able to work in home and community settings.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill building programs and care plans
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices
• Foster a positive engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families

Qualifications
