Job summary

Heartland ABA in Missouri seeks dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism. The role involves implementing individualized programs and documenting progress in client sessions.

No prior certification? Training is provided, and candidates must obtain RBT certification before delivering services. Work in home and community settings with a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
  • Patience, compassion, and ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
  • Candidate must obtain RBT certification before providing services; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
  • Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
  • Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
  • Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
