Job summary

BK Behavior seeks dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement individualized skill-building programs, collect session data, and collaborate with a clinical team to promote positive behavior and independence for children with Autism.

No prior certification may be required; we offer training and support to earn your RBT certification. Part-time positions available with flexible scheduling and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services.

• Willingness to work with children with Autism.
• Ability to learn and apply evidence-based ABA interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
