Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Reston is seeking CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide compassionate in-home care in Bridgewater, MA. We offer flexible schedules with 20+ hours per week and both full-time and part-time opportunities across morning, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities.
• Help with walking, transfers, mobility, and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance as needed.
• Offer companionship and meaningful social interaction.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable home.
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines.
• Keep the care team informed about changes in clients’ needs or conditions.
