Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification required.
• Caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Patient, compassionate, and dependable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently in a client's home.
• Reliable and able to fulfill scheduled shifts.
• Complete vaccination records preferred.

Responsabilités

• Help clients with personal care, hygiene, and daily living activities.
• Assist with walking, mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home.
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines.
• Keep the care team updated on changes in clients' conditions or needs.
