We offer flexible scheduling with 20+ hours per week, and both full-time and part-time positions. Immediate hiring needs in Bridgewater and shifts on first and second lines available.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, reliable, and good communicators, with active CNA/HHA/PCA certification and a willingness to work independently in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable providing care independently in a client's home.
• Reliable and able to fulfill scheduled shifts.
• Complete vaccination records preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Provide support with walking, mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and help with feeding when needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home.
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines.
• Communicate changes in clients' conditions or care needs to the care team.
