Join our Venice Family Clinic as a Major Gifts Officer and use your expertise to grow your career while making a difference in the communities we serve. This key role will receive guidance and direction from the Director of Individual and Corporate Development, and will be responsible for managing a portfolio of at least 150 donors and prospective donors, and developing strategies for gifts primarily in the range of $25,000 to $1 million. This hybrid role requires the incumbent to work on site at least 2-days per week; will be required to work fully on-site for the first 3-months.

Salary offers are determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, and equity. The full salary range for this position is $83,800.00 - $179,400.00 Annual. The budgeted salary range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is approximately $83,800.00 - $100,000.00 Annual.
Required:
Experience with donor databases (Salesforce or an equivalent system) is highly preferred.
