Water4 seeks a Major Gifts Officer to manage a high-value donor portfolio, identify and solicit five- and six-figure gifts, and build lasting partnerships with supporters and internal teams.
You will lead flagship events, collaborate with Development and NUMA Program teams, and ensure donor records are accurate while traveling up to 50% as needed.
The role rewards accountability, transparency, and mission-driven fundraising to end poverty through water solutions.
Our client, Water4 is a Christian faith-driven, international nonprofit reimagining a world free from the water crisis. Since 2008, Water4 has equipped local entrepreneurs across more than 30 countries to build market-based, community-owned safe water solutions — creating lasting economic, physical, and spiritual change for over one million people. Water4 believes people, not programs, solve poverty, and that water is best delivered through business, not aid alone.
We're looking for a driven, relationship-first fundraiser to manage and grow a portfolio of major donors investing in Water4's mission. This is a high-accountability, high-performance role for someone who thrives on ambitious goals, values transparency and shared accountability, and wants their work to carry lasting impact.
As Major Gifts Officer, you'll identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major donors — securing five- and six-figure gifts while building long-term partnerships. You'll work closely with the Development and NUMA Program teams to craft personalized engagement strategies and compelling proposals, and help lead flagship events like Walk4Water4, vision nights, and documentary screenings.
