The Major Gifts Officer is responsible for major donor individual giving, foundation grant seeking, and corporate giving. They will build and refine the donor pipeline, cultivate relationships with major donors, foundations, and corporations, and ensure excellence in donor stewardship and record-keeping, aligning fundraising goals with the organization's mission to support the suffering Church worldwide.

Compensation and Hours
Salary Range: $85,000-$100,000/year
Benefits: Health, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k); employer covers health benefits.
Full-time (40 hours/week), immediate start. Typical hours: Mon-Fri, 9am–5pm, with occasional evening/weekend events.
