Crisis Text Line, Inc. is seeking a Major Gifts Officer to build and manage a portfolio of donors and prospects, shaping a program that engages high-net-worth supporters and critical partners.
You will work with the board and senior leaders to design engagement strategies and communicate impact with confidence. You will thrive by building trust, taking initiative, and guiding the program as it grows, reporting to the VP of Philanthropy and collaborating across development and operations.
Every gift to Crisis Text Line helps someone in crisis get support when they need it most. As our Major Gifts Officer, you’ll build the relationships behind that support.
This is a chance to build a major gifts program while it’s still taking shape. You’ll manage your own portfolio of donors and prospects, work side by side with our board and senior leaders, and have real say in how we find, engage, and thank the people who make our work possible.
You’ll thrive here if you love building trust with people, take initiative, and like figuring out the path as you go. You’ll join a newer team that is building together, and this role will report to the VP of Philanthropy.
