Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive major gifts fundraising plan.
• Collaborate with the Development Team and CEO.
• Identify major gift prospects and create cultivation strategies.
• Conduct visits, solicitations, and gift closures.
• Work with the development and finance teams to ensure donor information is accurately recorded in the donor database.
• Coordinate across teams to recognize and steward major donors.
• Develop regular reports on major gift activities for leadership and board.
• Stay informed on best practices in major gifts fundraising.
• Team with Events Manager to secure sponsorships for major events.
