A leading educational organization is seeking an Associate Director for its School of Veterinary Medicine. This role focuses on major gift fundraising, engaging with alumni and donors capable of substantial contributions. Ideal candidates will have at least 3-5 years of experience in fundraising within higher education or healthcare, along with excellent communication skills. The position requires frequent travel and involvement in the development process.

Formación

• 3-5 years of successful fundraising experience, preferably in higher education and/or healthcare.
• Familiarity with Penn and/or solid understanding of a major research university environment.
• Must be willing to travel frequently and work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage a major gift prospect portfolio for the School of Veterinary Medicine.
• Cultivate and solicit donors for gifts of $100,000 or more.
• Work collaboratively with development colleagues and volunteers.
