Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with major donors and prospective donors.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value contributors through stewardship.
• Identify prospective donors and philanthropic opportunities aligned with the organization’s mission.
• Coordinate donor meetings, events, recognition opportunities, impact reports, and stewardship activities.
• Partner with the Development Director and leadership to align major gift opportunities with organizational priorities.
• Develop donor communications, proposals, presentations, and fundraising materials.
• Coordinate digital awareness and fundraising campaigns through email, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Support engaging digital content that highlights programs, success stories, fundraising priorities, and community impact.
• Maintain accurate and confidential donor records and documentation.
• Represent Together California professionally with donors, community partners, volunteers, staff, and the public.
• Support other development projects and initiatives as assigned.
