Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least one year of fundraising, sales, or related experience preferred.
• Excellent writing, verbal, and interpersonal skills; maintain confidentiality.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
• Experience with database management and donor systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for major gift fundraising campaigns, donor relations, stewardship, and related activities.
• Coordinate annual giving campaigns and assist the Director of Philanthropy in reaching fundraising goals.
• Conduct grant and prospect research to identify opportunities.
• Complete weekly donor acknowledgments, pledge reminders, and required gift documentation.
• Maintain donor records in the database ensuring data integrity and timeliness.
• Coordinate fundraising events and silent auctions as needed.
• Support Commonwealth Fund engagement activities statewide, including cultivation and moves management.
