Job summary

Kentucky Educational Television (KET) in Lexington, KY is seeking a Philanthropy Services Coordinator to support major gift fundraising and donor relations. You will coordinate campaigns, process gifts, maintain donor records, and assist with events and reporting.

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 1+ year in fundraising or related field, strong writing and organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and donor databases. Some evening/weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus at least one year of experience in fundraising or related field.
• Excellent writing, verbal, and interpersonal skills; professional, confidential, with good judgment.
• Highly organized with ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for major gift fundraising, including donor relations, stewardship, mailings, and reports.
• Coordinate annual giving campaigns and solicitations with data-driven analysis.
• Conduct grant and prospect research and advise team on opportunities.
• Record donor information, actions, and gifts in the database; ensure data integrity.
