Kentucky Educational Television (KET) is seeking a Philanthropy Services Coordinator to support major gift fundraising, donor relations, and stewardship. The role involves coordinating campaigns, researching prospects, processing donations and maintaining donor records.

Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1+ year fundraising experience, excellent written and verbal communication, and strong MS Office and database skills. Occasional evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree plus at least one year of fundraising, sales or related field experience.
• Excellent writing, verbal and interpersonal skills; maintain confidentiality.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven computer proficiency and database management skills.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds and flexible hours including some nights/weekends.

Aufgaben

• Provide support for major gift fundraising, donor relations, and stewardship.
• Coordinate annual giving campaigns and prepare collateral materials.
• Conduct grant and prospect research with team input.
• Process mail, bills, purchase orders; assist with financial reporting.
• Record donor data, gifts, and acknowledgments in the database; ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate fundraising events and silent auctions; assist statewide engagement activities.
• Support staff with technical needs and donor recognition across platforms.
