Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Experience in major gifts fundraising and donor stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 75 major gift prospects with focus on $1M+ gifts.
• Identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors at $250K–$5M+.
• Develop and present fundraising proposals for priorities including endowed chairs, fellowships, and capital projects.
• Staff and prep leadership for donor meetings and solicitations.
• Coordinate donor recognition and follow-up with university partners.
• Maintain prospect records, activity, forecasts and next steps.
