Parity Homes is seeking a Major Gifts & Development Associate to professionalize and scale our donor program. You will pursue major gifts, write compelling proposals, and manage cultivation with close collaboration to the CEO.

You will research donors, draft communications, and drive the pipeline from first contact to funded commitments, all while maintaining donor CRM data and exploring new funding strategies.

Competenze

• Experience in business development or donor-facing fundraising with a proven track record.
• Proven success writing grant proposals or major donor communications that secured funding.
• Familiarity with major gifts cycle and donor cultivation strategy.

Mansioni

• Research and profile major donors, foundations, and conference attendees to maximize CEO engagements.
• Own the follow-up: draft outreach emails, thank-you notes, and cultivation communications in the CEO's voice.
• Move donors through the cultivation pipeline from initial contact to funded commitment.
• Identify and track grant opportunities and manage submission calendars end-to-end.
• Write compelling grant proposals, letters of inquiry, donor reports, and major gift statements.
• Prepare briefing materials for CEO speaking engagements and conferences.
