Qualifications

• 1–3 years of fundraising experience.
• Proven success in soliciting and managing annual, leadership, or major gifts.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 85–150 prospects?
• Progress donor engagement cycle from identification to stewardship.
• Conduct a designated number of contacts with prospects and donors.
• Establish new endowments and secure leadership/major gifts.
• Create opportunities for faculty and deans to engage donors.
• Develop customized funding opportunities for targeted funding.
• Ensure high-quality stewardship with detailed donor records.
• Collaborate with faculty, deans, and partners on fundraising strategies.
• Available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
