Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Major Accounts Manager II (Field-Based).
What You Will Do
- Own a defined portfolio of accounts and drive sales performance across new unit, aftermarket, fleet, financing, and technology solutions to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead strategic account development for both new and existing customers by expanding market presence, growing share, and identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
- Collaborate closely with dealer sales and service teams to ensure consistent customer coverage and support.
- Manage the entire order process from quote through delivery and payment, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business goals.
- Monitor account health and contribute to forecasting, pipeline updates, and strategic planning.
Who You Are

- A relationship-focused communicator with a strong customer service mindset.
- Proactive and organized, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable working through complex deals and partnering across teams.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, preferably within in the materials handling industry
- 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Skills, Experience & Abilities
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes and account development strategies.
- Understanding of industry-specific applications and product solutions.
- Skilled in presentations, negotiations, and CRM tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
