Qualifications

• Experience as a maitre'd, host lead, or front-of-house manager; upscale or fine dining preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with reservation and table management systems.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and set the tone for their dining experience.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and table flow to optimize seating.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with professionalism.
• Coordinate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff for seamless service.
• Train, support, and set the standard for hosts and front-of-house staff.
• Maintain a polished host stand and entryway.
• Uphold hospitality, presentation, and service standards at all times.
• Support leadership during high-volume, fast-paced shifts.
