The Maintenance Manager must be able to work with outside vendors to solve, troubleshoot, and repair equipment in the field.**Responsibilities*** Oversee facilities maintenance for restaurants and convenience stores with gas stations.* Connect with Operation Supervisors to support business performance.* Ensure compliance with regulations, safety requirements, and brand standards.* Determine when repairs require completion through approved vendors.* Maintain vendor relationships to obtain and evaluate quotes for repairs and activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness to control expenses within budget.* Prepare status reports for management review.* Assist in overseeing and improving the preventive maintenance program.* Manage and track work orders with the computerized maintenance management system (Limble).* Assist the Construction Department with minor remodels, and equipment replacements as needed.**Qualifications*** Multi-site maintenance management experience in food service/restaurant and convenience store industries.* Knowledge to provide hands-on diagnostics and support for HVAC systems, commercial refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and basic electrical and plumbing systems.* Strong organization, written, and verbal communication skills.* Ability to remain focused and calm under pressure.* Close attention to detail and multitask.**Perform such similar, comparable, or related duties as may be required or assigned.**
