Specialty Turf Supply specializes in the construction, renovation, and maintenance of various athletic fields across the state of Alabama.

We are urgently hiring maintenance/grounds crew members to maintain sports fields in the Birmingham area! This opportunity is great for anyone who enjoys working outdoors in a laid-back environment. Join a team of dedicated professionals who take pride in maintaining high-quality baseball/softball, soccer, football, and other athletic fields. We strongly value teamwork and a strong work ethic while maintaining a positive and supportive environment.

This full-time position will be expected to perform physical labor tasks including but not limited to: mowing, weed-eating, edging, painting field lines, raking, and shoveling.

Crew members are required to:

1. Have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
2. Be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
3. Safely operate landscape equipment
4. Have a valid US Driver’s License
5. Have obtained a high school diploma or GED

Strong preference for candidates with experience in irrigation systems.
