An established industry player is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Worker to perform essential manual maintenance tasks across various city facilities. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This position performs manual maintenance activities in assigned functional area. Functional areas may include roadways, City facilities and buildings, and/or stormwater systems and construction. Occasionally acts as lead crewmember on maintenance and minor construction and maintenance operations. Work is performed under the supervision of the Foreman or Crew Leader, with the general supervision of the Operations and Maintenance Manager and/or Facilities Manager.

JOB LOCATION
All City owned properties and facility grounds, rights-of-way, easements, etc. Any off-site locations and facilities utilized as part of the City's participation or involvement in an event, activity or job assignment.
