Qualifications

Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Worker II with a CDL and intermediate experience to join our team. The Maintenance Worker II will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks with Water/Sewer utilities, Stormdrains, Building Maintenance, OR Concrete and Asphalt, as well as operating company vehicles and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various hand and power tools
• Assist with landscaping and grounds maintenance
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Complete work orders and documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Operate heavy machinery
• Assist with snow removal and other seasonal maintenance tasks

Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent
