The Maintenance Worker II maintains County buildings, structures, fixtures, and equipment and is responsible for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing maintenance and repair. Additionally, the incumbent also performs carpentry work and painting to support in-house construction needs.
Very heavy work: Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Requires the use of fingers, balancing, climbing, crouching, grasping, hearing, kneeling, lifting, mental acuity, pulling, pushing, reaching, repetitive motion, standing, stooping, talking, visual acuity, and walking.
