Job Title

Maintenance Worker

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as patching, painting, ceiling tile replacement, minor plumbing, and carpentry repairs.
• Install office partitions, furniture, flooring, bulletin boards, and writing boards.
• Maintain and repair doors, locks, and other hardware.
• Perform preventive maintenance on facility equipment.
• Support other duties like snow removal, emergency repairs, and assisting tradesmen.
• Operate tools and equipment including vans, lifts, and trucks.
• Follow written and verbal instructions and work independently.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a handyman or related role.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Attention to detail and good interpersonal skills.

Additional Information
