ARK is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure facilities run efficiently, inspect for damage, and perform routine maintenance on equipment. The ideal candidate is reliable, a team player, and a problem solver with prior maintenance experience.

Located in Tampa, this role offers on-site work and on-call responsibilities. Responsibilities include recording repairs, implementing preventive maintenance, handling maintenance requests, inspecting building components, and servicing HVAC, plumbing,

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
• Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends

Responsabilités

• Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced.
• Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks.
• Manage other maintenance requests as required.
• Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed.
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs

Compensation
