Clearbrook is seeking a Maintenance Worker to handle multiple maintenance tasks across residential and commercial sites in Rolling Meadows, IL. The role requires 2-3 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid IL driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, 40 hours per week

Salary: $25.10/hr, plus full time benefits

Clearbrook is a non-profit, social services agency that specializes in providing innovative tools, services and opportunities to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, such as Autism and Down Syndrome.

General Duties

The Maintenance Worker is responsible for various maintenance jobs for our residential and commercial sites.

Essential Functions

• Maintain residential and commercial sites in good repair and free of all hazards.
• Maintain the grounds in a safe, sanitary and presentable condition
• Maintain all plumbing fixtures and piping in good repair and properly functioning.
• It is the responsibility of the Maintenance Staff to maintain confidentiality with all clients and their families and maintain a professional image/role as a representative of the agency.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures established for Clearbrook, and those of all governing bodies.
• Complete mandatory training annually.
• Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

The Maintenance Worker must have:
