Responsibilities

1. Perform routine inspections and maintenance of property systems and equipment
2. Address issues such as pressure washing, fence repair, toilet problems, grout or caulking replacement, pest control, landscaping, and minor repairs
3. Understand and maintain systems including mini splits, door locks, HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring
4. Manage maintenance requests and document repairs and services
5. Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to ensure smooth operations and safety
6. Inspect the building for damages and perform necessary repairs

Qualifications

1. Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills
2. Knowledge of air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems
3. High school diploma/GED or equivalent
4. Understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques, and procedures
5. At least 2 years of maintenance experience

Compensation

$20 - $25 hourly
