Overview

YCS is seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform quality maintenance work in residential facilities, offices and external infrastructure of the buildings.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain facility equipment according to local and fire and safety facility requirements.
• Perform minor plumbing, painting, carpentry/masonry work, replace windows, order parts and supplies, and secure township permits as needed.
• Hang doors/doorframes and window equipment from suppliers; provide estimates and repair cost.
• Participate in incidental seasonal tasks such as minor shoveling and raking leaves.
