Job summary

S:US is seeking a Maintenance Worker for their families with children shelter in Brooklyn. This position involves performing minor repairs, building maintenance, and managing grounds upkeep.

Position Overview

S:US is seeking a Maintenance Worker for their families with children shelter in Brooklyn.

This position is located at Dumont Avenue Brooklyn, NY, 11207

Scope of Role

Carry out minor repairs and building maintenance throughout assigned areas of the facility. This includes painting, plastering, repairing furniture, maintaining smoke detectors and fire extinguishers, as well as exterior snow and ice removal and upkeep of the grounds. Responsibilities also include sidewalk maintenance, mowing grass, trimming shrubbery, maintaining landscaping, rodent removal, and all other aspects of building exterior.
