Job summary

Elim Wellspring, a Cassia community in Princeton, MN, is seeking a Maintenance Worker to join our team on a full-time basis with on-call rotation. Shift: Monday–Friday days, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, wage range $19.09–$27.43 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, responding to resident and staff requests, and keeping detailed project reports. Strong communication and basic carpentry, plumbing and HVAC familiarity are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Level one boiler license preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in plumbing, electrical work, HVAC and/or floor care preferred.
• Prior healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
• Able to make repairs inside and outside of building, basic carpentry, basic plumbing, replace light bulbs, filters, etc.
• Able to use basic maintenance tools such as hammer, pliers, screwdriver, drill, etc.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.

Full-Time, benefits eligible position with On-Call Rotation.

Shift Available:

Monday - Friday Days 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Wage Range:

$19.09 to $27.43 / hour depending on experience.
