Job summary

Holiday Inn Express & Suites in St. Louis, MO is looking for a Maintenance Tech to join our team. You will perform preventative maintenance on equipment, buildings and grounds, and carry out routine electrical and plumbing repairs. This role covers multiple properties within the same complex and requires prior maintenance experience; HVAC and EPA certifications are preferred. Starting pay is $18 per hour with benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) matching and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must have maintenance experience with electrical, plumbing and general upkeep.
• HVAC knowledge and EPA/HVAC certifications preferred.
• Vigilance for safety, quality workmanship and problem solving.
