SUMMARY
The Maintenance Worker is responsible for repairing and maintaining the physical structures of GWIH facilities and retail stores through a wide range of building maintenance activities. The Maintenance Worker performs routine and minor repairs in carpentry, painting, masonry, plumbing, electrical systems, flooring, and general facility upkeep while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards. The Maintenance Worker also coordinates maintenance requests, maintains accurate records, manages vendor relationships when needed, and helps ensure facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained for staff and customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following.
