Job summary

SCO Family of Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to care for the property grounds and perform basic repairs on campus. The role includes prioritizing work orders, shuttling vehicles to the mechanic shop, and maintaining stock of supplies across the campus.

The position requires a valid NYS driver’s license, a high school diploma, and maintenance experience. Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and janitorial tasks is expected, along with the ability to stay

Qualifications

• Valid NYS driver’s license is required.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Maintenance technician experience is required.
• Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical work, painting, carpentry, and janitorial services is required.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills are important.
• Ability to be physically active throughout the day.
• Speak and understand English.
• Compliance with health regulations for physical/mantoux testing.
