BRAZOS RIVER AUTHORITY is seeking a Maintenance Worker at Lake Granbury to repair and maintain BRA facilities and grounds. You will monitor cleanliness, perform landscaping, fix structures and fences, and assist with new construction on BRA property.
The role requires at least one year of experience or equivalent education, a valid Texas Class C license, and a good driving record; Class B license is preferred. This position is non-exempt and involves safety-sensitive responsibilities.

The purpose of this position is to repair and maintain grounds and facilities as part of a team for the Brazos River Authority (BRA). This is accomplished by monitoring facilities for cleanliness; providing grounds maintenance; preserving quality road conditions; repairing and maintaining structures, buildings, and fences, and assisting with new construction projects on BRA property. Other responsibilities include landscaping; mowing; trimming trees; repairing and replacing pipes; providing general maintenance services as needed; serving as backup convenience station operator; and any other duties as assigned
$19.31 to $24.62 per hour. This is a non-exempt position.

The BRA was created by the Texas Legislature in 1929 and exists to develop, manage, and protect the water resources of the Brazos River Basin. Today, BRA's staff develops and distributes water supplies, provides water and wastewater treatment, monitors water quality, and pursues water conservation through public education programs.
