Job summary

Newport Hospitality Group is seeking a Maintenance Worker in Fayetteville, NC to help keep the hotel’s physical structure in excellent condition. The role requires hands-on maintenance, a passion for hospitality, and a collaborative approach to deliver guest experiences.

You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and support safety and cleanliness across the property. Background in maintenance preferred; training and background checks are part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience is required.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
