Full Time - Residential Facility Maintenance

Granite Recovery Center is seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to perform upkeep tasks including repairs and cleaning. Responsibilities include applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems, and ensuring facilities are tidy and functional.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, with experience and solid technical knowledge. Manual dexterity and physical stamina are required.

Job Functions:

• Perform minor repairs such as fixing locks and filling wall gaps.
• Check control panels and electrical wiring for issues.
• Install appliances and equipment.
• Maintain the garden and yard (mowing, trash collection).
• Replace light bulbs and conduct routine maintenance.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g., ventilation).
• Check safety systems (e.g., fire alarms).
• Collaborate during renovations.
• Report issues to facilities or maintenance manager.

Qualifications:
