Description

Granite Recovery Center is seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning. Responsibilities include applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems, and ensuring facilities are tidy and functional.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, experienced, and possess solid technical knowledge. Manual dexterity and physical stamina are required.

Job Functions

• Perform minor repairs like fixing locks and filling wall gaps.
• Check control panels and electrical wiring for issues.
• Install appliances and equipment.
• Maintain the garden/yard (mowing, trash collection).
• Replace light bulbs and conduct routine maintenance.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (ventilation, safety systems).
• Collaborate during renovations and report issues to management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.
• Experience as an assistant director or similar role.
