Responsibilities

• Perform work of limited scope or difficulty involved in the maintenance and repair of grounds, exterior structures, buildings and associated utilities.
• Assist journeyman and higher graded maintenance workers in performing more difficult assignments associated with carpentry, plumbing, electrical and related trades.
• Perform basic repairs on buildings, utilities and grounds including minor plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
