As a Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor, you will perform the following duties: Provides direction and leadership to subordinate staff in the accomplishment of daily maintenance operations. Develops annual work plans to accomplish park goals and objectives and conducts annual condition assessment of assets. Determines resource requirements, requisitions needed supplies, materials, equipment and tools needed for the accomplishment of work. Organises work projects or activities and determines how assignments can be accomplished concurrently. Inspects work in progress and/or upon completion to assure compliance with instructions, plans and other specifications. Serves as Contracting Officers Technical Representative (COTR), on contracted work.
