Amentum seeks a Work Control Clerk to coordinate dispatch and maintenance support for USAF vehicles, AGE, BEAR Base, and GPMS-managed commodities. You will track maintenance, costs, and performance, and maintain records in both electronic and paper systems.

The role requires 1–3 years of clerical experience, strong communication, and proficiency with office software. Public Trust clearance and US Citizenship are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years related clerical experience.
• Experience with Air Force work order AMS systems preferred.
• Experience with Maximo preferred.
• Ability to follow direction and work with others.
• Proficient in general office tasks and computer use.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• English literacy required.
• Public Trust US Government Clearance required (US Citizenship).

Responsabilidades

• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Track services, costs and performance.
• Maintain maintenance information in computer and manual systems.
• Provide general clerical support for Maintenance Department.
• Handle filing, photocopying, faxing, notices, and parts orders.
• Prepare computer reports and material preparations.
• Compile and summarize transportation and maintenance costs.
• Source emergency/critical spare parts and purchases.
• Prepare purchase requisitions and coordinate approvals.
• Maintain records of orders, deliveries and stock levels.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
